TEAM PLACEMENT PROPOSALS
ERIE LADY LIONS GIRLS HOCKEY
Dear ELLGHA Player and Parent(s)
Now is the time that we must think
toward the next season and what teams we will be offering our players and their families.
Please review the following proposal. It is important that we have your input and also your commitment so we can move
on and book ice, leagues and tournaments for these teams. Although ice and officials
have increased in cost this year, you will see we are able to hold the cost the same as the last two years.
Please respond by May 10, 2008, to all addressees on the e-mail to this attachment.
We have also attached the ELLGHA application
for your remittance with your $150 commitment fee. Indicate your preference by
circling the number of team/program choice.

- 19U
Regular season team (13-19 age group) Non-National Tournament Bound. $750
- 3hrs of practice per week-2 nights 1.5 hrs approx 20-25 games and The Sarah Tournament (included in fee) and up to two tournaments to be chosen by team (not included in fee).
- 16U National Tournament Bound team playing as a part of the 19U League team. The players
chosen to participate in the 16U tournament team would be committed to 4 tournaments including the Sarah to acquire their
10/14 count for Districts. $750
- Approx 20-25 19U league games as above, 2 19U tournaments and Mandatory participation in 4 16U suggested qualifier
tournaments (Sarah-OSU in Sept-Windsor in November and a March Tournament TBD)
- 19U League Team (16U team integrated) where 17-19 year old players would only play on
19U team in league games and select 19U tournament and Sarah. $650
o 20-25
league games and The Sarah Tournament (included in fee) and up to two tournaments to be chosen by team (not included in fee).
o 14U/12U League team as determined by commitments
$650
o 20-25
league games and 2 hrs per week. Sarah tournament (included in fee) and 1 other
tournament of team choice (not included in fee).
None of the above includes the addition
of friendship or pickup games.
